We went to Las Carretas, Taipan USJ which is less than 5 minutes drive from my house. It was my second time there, first time was with my parents 5 months ago when I came back for winter break.
If you don't already know, it's a Mexican Restaurant. The first visit left me with quite an impression, what with the amusing interior and friendly staffs. Anyway, let's just skip to the food shall we? :P

Broiled Fillet of Norwegian Salmon: Carefully Prepared to Preserve It's Flavor & Taste. Served on a Creamy Mushroom Sauce Along with Baked Potato & Assorted Lettuce.
Sauce was good, fillet tender like how it should be. Overall I would say it's good but not great. But then again, I'm a fish lover so anything fish works for me as long as it's not too bad. :)
Tostadas Supremo: Crispy Flour Tortilla Topped with Minced Beef or Shredded Chicken, Jalapenos, Relish, Salsa, Oregano & Melted Cheese
It's actually Pizza, Mexican style. It's got alot of ooommmph in it! This has got to be my favourite dish of all. It's crust crispy and centres cheesy but not over-cheesed, I only wanted more after one slice.
Mariscos(Seafood) Nachos: Crisp Tortilla Chips Gratinated With Jalapenos, Bell Pepper Relish, Enchilada Sauce & Loads Of Cheese.
This was good too but we couldn't finish it cuz the serving was kinda big for an appetizer and since it came last we had already filled our tummies with the first 2 dishes, which were yummmm.
